One of the school year's most anticipated events finally came to a completion last July 22, 2011 at the prestigious Technowave in Tomas Morato where CIIT once again held its annual Acquaintance Party. A time of the year when students can relax, enjoy each others' company, dance, sing and party the night away. Most of all, it is a time for the students, alumni, faculty and staff to really bond and become one big CIIT family.

CIIT not only takes pride in the talent of their students but in the size of their hearts. Recently, Dr. Arthur Gregory Lui, a member of the Sagip Buhay Medical Foundation, approached members of Zero Productions and requested if they could give them valuable pro-bono assistance. Sagip Buhay, which is based inside the Philippine General Hospital, is an NGO whose purpose is to provide medical assistance to patients unable to financially support their medical bills. Sadly, there are many of our countrymen who require hospitalization yet do not have the means to pay. Some of these unfortunate ones can’t even pay for their prescriptions or their stay in the hospital, let alone their surgeries.

CIIT would like to thank Candy Magazine for featuring CIIT for their July 2011 issue on "Colleges Worth Knowing". It was an unexpected but highly appreciated recognition for the school from one of the leading magazine publishers that focuses on topics significant to the lives of teens and high school students.
