INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

INTRODUCTION
From humble Net Cafés to Multinational Corporations, today’s businesses rely on computers and network systems to stay connected to their servers, the internet and each other. With new technologies such as TCP/IP v6 to wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi and Next-Generation Mobile, making devices communicate requires specialists who are trained and are always updated in the newest trends.  Students will be trained to manage a vast array of differing hardware systems and their corresponding technologies in order to set-up and manage these intricate networks.

The curriculum listed below includes majority of the major subjects that students will have to complete to graduate from this program. A complete copy of the curriculum is available in CIIT which includes both general education subjects along with the major subjects and course specific subjects. CIIT's Diploma program can be finished within 2 years and one trimester while students under the double degree program will need 3 years and one trimester to complete the program.
